PCM SERVICES, LLC, has been appointed to represent General Star National Insurance Company (A.M. Best A++ XV) in Virginia for its Lawyers’ Professional Liability Program. General Star offers admitted Lawyers’ Professional Liability coverage on a primary basis, for firms with 1 to 50 attorneys. Limits available from $100,000 to $5,000,000 (higher limits are available) with deductibles from $1,000 to $100,000 depending upon the size of the firm.

- Defense of Disciplinary Complaints.
- Supplementary payment for loss of personal earnings reimbursement.
- Supplementary payment for awards against an Insured under FRCP Rule 11 are covered up to $5,000.
- S.E.C Coverage is not automatically excluded.
- No Charge for extended reporting endorsement in the event of death or permanent disability.
- No Charge for New Hires added during the policy period.
